1. About Us

NextBridge supplies plastic pallets, crates, spill pallets, waste bins and related industrial packaging and material handling products across the UAE.

2. Quotes and Orders

• Prices and availability displayed on the website are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of quotation.

• A quote does not constitute a binding order until confirmed in writing by both parties.

• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing will be confirmed at the quotation stage and may vary based on quantity, specification and delivery location. Payment terms will be agreed upon order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates. Stock items typically dispatch within 48 hours; custom and bulk orders are quoted with a specific timeline at the time of order. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Product Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, dimensions and specifications on our website are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes. Custom specifications will be confirmed in writing before production or dispatch.

6. Returns and Claims

Please inspect all goods upon delivery. Any damage, shortage or discrepancy must be reported to our team within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence where applicable, so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

• Stock items in original, unused condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to a restocking assessment. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

• Custom-sized or custom-specification orders are made to order and are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or delivery error on our part.

• Damaged or defective items reported within the 48-hour window will be replaced or credited at no additional cost, once verified.

• Return shipping costs for confirmed defects or delivery errors will be covered by NextBridge; return shipping for other approved returns is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds or credits, where approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

For bulk or project orders, return and claims terms may be agreed separately as part of the order confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on nextbridge.ae, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, is the property of NextBridge or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, NextBridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
