UAE Single-Use Plastic Ban 2026: What It Means for Industrial Storage
The UAE’s 2026 single-use plastic ban does not apply to industrial packaging like plastic pallets, crates, storage bins or IBC tanks. The ban targets single-use consumer items, plastic cups, lids, cutlery, plates, straws and Styrofoam containers, used mainly in food service and retail. Reusable industrial packaging is not on the restricted list.
